This policy applies to orders placed on caspirolus.com. The mandatory rights enjoyed by the consumer in their country of residence remain fully applicable.
Legal right of withdrawal — 14 days
If you are a consumer and unless otherwise provided for by law, you have fourteen calendar days from receipt of the goods to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify it.
Send an unambiguous statement to contact@caspirolus.com before the expiry of this period, indicating your name, order number and the items concerned. You can also use the standard form below.
After informing us, you must return the goods without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days following this notification.
Handling and condition of the product
During the legal period, you can handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. You can only be held liable in the event of depreciation resulting from manipulations going beyond what is necessary. Washing or prolonged use may in particular result in depreciation.
Commercial extension up to 30 days
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Caspirolus accepts return or exchange requests until the thirtieth calendar day following receipt. For this commercial period ranging from the fifteenth to the thirtieth day, the product must be complete, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in a condition allowing it to be put back on sale. This extension does not remove or reduce any legal rights.
Personalized products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, in particular when a photo or visual provided by you is printed especially for you. This exception does not limit your rights in the event of a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-compliant product.
Return method and address
Contact Caspirolus before sending so that the request can be identified. Returns are made by post. Keep proof of posting and, if possible, a tracking number.

Return costs
Direct return costs linked to a withdrawal or commercial extension are the responsibility of the customer, as indicated before the order. No restocking fees are applied.
When a product is found to be defective, damaged, incorrect or non-compliant, Caspirolus takes care of the applicable solution and reimburses the reasonable postal costs advanced upon presentation of proof.
Refund after withdrawal
Caspirolus reimburses the sums due, including the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard method offered, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from notification of withdrawal. Reimbursement may be deferred until recovery of the goods or until receipt of proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
Reimbursement is made with the same means of payment as that used for the order, unless expressly agreed for another means not entailing costs. The supplement paid for a more expensive delivery method than the standard method is not refunded.
For a return accepted only under the commercial extension from the fifteenth to the thirtieth day, the refund is processed after receipt and inspection of the product.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested up to the thirtieth day following receipt, subject to availability. After receipt and inspection, Caspirolus will send the replacement product or offer an equivalent solution.
Defective, damaged or incorrect product
Contact contact@caspirolus.com with the order number, a description of the problem and, if useful, photographs. The legal guarantees, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, remain applicable independently of this commercial policy.
