2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

Caspirolus does its best to keep the site accessible and functional. Its access may, however, be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updating, security or in the event of an event beyond its control.

Caspirolus does not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or error.

The user undertakes not to:

When a customer account is created, the customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their identifiers and the activities carried out from their account.

8. LIABILITY

Caspirolus cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from:

- a temporary interruption beyond its control;
