GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Conditions of Sale apply to sales made on the Caspirolus site to consumers.

2. SUBJECT

These conditions define the rights and obligations applicable to the order, payment, delivery, return and reimbursement of products sold on the site.

3. PRODUCTS

The essential characteristics, dimensions, materials, colors, prices and special conditions of the products are indicated on their sheet.

The photographs are presented for illustrative purposes. Slight variations may exist due to displays, textile materials, manufacturing or printing.

4. PRICE

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included when VAT is applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery costs and any additional costs are displayed before final validation of the order.

Caspirolus may modify its prices at any time. The price invoiced remains that displayed when confirming the order.

5. ORDER

The customer selects the products, checks their basket, enters their contact details, chooses delivery and payment, then confirms their order.

Before validation, the customer can correct any errors.

The order becomes final after confirmation of payment, subject to availability and the absence of fraud or error manifest.

A confirmation is sent to the email address provided.

6. PAYMENT

The payment methods accepted are those displayed when placing the order.

Payment is due at the time of ordering. Transactions are processed by secure providers.

In the event of refusal, failure or suspicion of fraud, the order may be suspended or canceled.

7. AVAILABILITY

The products are offered while stocks last.

In the event of unavailability after the order, the customer will be informed and may obtain a refund for the unavailable product or accept an alternative solution.

8. DELIVERY

Delivery areas, fees, preparation times and terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate address.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMMERCIAL RETURN

For the contracts concerned, the consumer has the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.

Caspirolus also offers a commercial return period of 30 days from receipt, according to the conditions detailed in the Return and Return Policy. refund.

Products personalized or made according to customer specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when the law provides for it.

10. REFUND

After acceptance and control of the return, the refund is made to the original means of payment according to the terms indicated in the Return and Refund Policy.

11. LEGAL GUARANTEES

The consumer benefits from the applicable legal guarantees, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

In the event of a defective, non-compliant or damaged product, the customer must contact contact@caspirolus.com, indicating their order number and attaching useful photographs.

Any commercial guarantees are in addition to the legal guarantees without replacing them.

12. LIABILITY

Caspirolus is not responsible for damage caused by abnormal, inappropriate use or use contrary to the product maintenance instructions.

No clause limits the mandatory legal rights of the consumer.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

No party may be held responsible for a delay or non-performance caused by an event reasonably beyond its control, under the conditions provided for by applicable law.

14. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy.

15. CONSUMER MEDIATION

The consumer mediator is being appointed.

Before any mediation, the customer must send a written complaint to contact@caspirolus.com. The contact details of the competent mediator will be communicated upon effective appointment.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These conditions are subject to French law.

The consumer retains the benefit of the mandatory rules of protection applicable in his country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
