Delivery methods and costs
The available delivery methods, their costs and any associated conditions are displayed in the basket and during checkout before payment. Depending on the address and the order, the options offered may include Standard or Colissimo tracked delivery.
Preparation and deadlines
The delivery time indicated when ordering is an estimate. It may include preparation time and then transportation. Delays beyond our control may occur, particularly during busy periods or in the event of a carrier incident.
Delivery address
The customer must provide an accurate and complete address. Caspirolus cannot be held responsible for a delay or return resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Tracking and receipt
When a tracking number is available, it will be communicated by email. Upon receipt, check the condition of the package and items.
